JC Bitsomang Eye Clinic (the "Clinic") implements the following technical and administrative measures to protect customers' personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or damage.

The Clinic collects the following personal information for membership registration, online consultation, online booking, and similar purposes.

name, contact details (telephone/mobile), email, postal code, address, education, employment type, desired salary, desired workplace, field of application (occupation/job type), cover letter, desired working hours, photo, website, desired pay, available start date, work experience, employment preference items (veterans, persons eligible for employment protection, disability status, military service, employment subsidy eligibility), social activities, awards, completed training, certifications, office (OA) skills, computer skills, overseas training, language tests, foreign-language proficiency, personal disposition, IT/design skills, and strengths
Article 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, the Clinic destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, the following information is retained for the periods specified below for the stated reasons.
- Retained items: service usage records, access IP information
- Legal basis: Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- Retention period: 1 year
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
Notwithstanding the above retention periods, where continued retention is necessary, the Clinic will obtain your consent.

Policy Change Notice
This Privacy Policy may be amended by additions, deletions, or modifications in response to changes in government policy or security technology. In such cases, notice will be given through the "Notices" section of the website at least 10 days before the revision takes effect.
