The 74th Medical Mission — The Philippines
From Saturday, February 24 through Thursday, March 1, the JC BITSOMANG EYE CLINIC Medical Mission Team traveled to Capas, Tarlac Province, Philippines.
During the clinic’s 74th overseas medical mission, the team provided cataract surgery to people who had lost their vision due to cataracts, helping them see the world in a new light once again.
The 75th Medical Mission — Sri Lanka
The 75th medical mission took place in Sri Lanka from Saturday, June 23 through Friday, June 29.
Following the previous year’s mission, the JC BITSOMANG EYE CLINIC Medical Mission Team returned to Sri Lanka and carried out its outreach work in Dehiattakandiya.
The team successfully completed cataract surgeries for patients who had been suffering from vision loss and returned home after completing the mission.
