Monday, September 3, 2007

  • 8:00 a.m. — Arrive at Incheon International Airport

  • 9:00–9:30 a.m. — Check in luggage and medical equipment

  • 10:45 a.m. — Board the flight

  • 11:10 a.m. — Depart for Vietnam

  • 1:50 p.m. — Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

  • 2:00 p.m. — Collect luggage and load the equipment onto the bus

  • 3:10 p.m. — Depart by bus for Vinh Long

  • 4:45 p.m. — Arrive at a restaurant in My Tho

  • 5:35 p.m. — Depart for the hospital

  • 7:50 p.m. — Arrive at the hospital

  • 7:50–10:00 p.m. — Unload and set up the surgical instruments and equipment

  • 10:00 p.m. — Depart for the accommodations

  • 10:55 p.m. — Arrive and rest

Tuesday, September 4, 2007

First Day of Surgery

  • 5:30 a.m. — Wake up

  • 6:00–6:40 a.m. — Worship service

  • 7:00–7:30 a.m. — Breakfast

  • 8:05 a.m. — Begin surgical preparation and pupil dilation

  • 8:30 a.m. — Trim patients’ eyelashes as part of the preoperative preparation

  • 8:50 a.m. — Begin patient examinations

  • 9:15 a.m. — Begin surgery

  • 1:05 p.m. — Complete morning surgeries for 12 patients

  • 1:05–1:50 p.m. — Lunch

  • 1:50–2:30 p.m. — Prepare for afternoon surgeries

  • 2:30 p.m. — Begin afternoon surgeries

  • 8:30 p.m. — Complete afternoon surgeries for 20 patients

  • 8:30–9:25 p.m. — Postoperative cleanup and organization

  • 9:30 p.m. — Board the bus

  • 10:00 p.m. — Arrive at the hotel and rest

Wednesday, September 5, 2007

Second Day of Surgery

  • 5:30 a.m. — Wake up

  • 6:00 a.m. — Board the bus for the restaurant and hold worship during the ride

  • 7:00–7:30 a.m. — Breakfast

  • 7:35–9:00 a.m. — Prepare for surgery

  • 8:05 a.m. — Begin pupil dilation and preoperative preparation

  • 9:15 a.m. — Begin surgery

  • 1:05 p.m. — Complete morning surgeries for 15 patients

  • 1:05–1:30 p.m. — Lunch

  • 1:30–2:30 p.m. — Prepare for afternoon surgeries

  • 2:30 p.m. — Begin afternoon surgeries

  • 3:10 p.m. — Complete afternoon surgeries for 3 patients

  • 3:10–5:50 p.m. — Clean up and pack the surgical equipment

  • 6:20 p.m. — Arrive at the hotel

  • 6:45–8:40 p.m. — Dinner

  • 9:10 p.m. — Return to the accommodations and rest

Thursday, September 6, 2007

  • 6:00 a.m. — Wake up

  • 6:30–7:00 a.m. — Worship service

  • 7:00–8:00 a.m. — Breakfast

  • 10:40 a.m. — Arrive at the water-jar donation ceremony

  • 11:00 a.m.–12:40 p.m. — Attend the water-jar donation ceremony

  • 1:00 p.m. — Travel by bus to the restaurant

  • 3:20–3:55 p.m. — Arrive at the restaurant

  • 4:00 p.m. — Travel to the hotel for a banquet hosted by the Chairman

  • 6:00–9:30 p.m. — Attend the banquet

  • 10:00 p.m. — Arrive at the hotel and rest

Friday, September 7, 2007

  • 6:00 a.m. — Wake up

  • 6:40–7:30 a.m. — Breakfast

  • 8:30 a.m. — Depart by bus for the Mekong River

  • 10:30 a.m.–1:50 p.m. — Tour the Mekong River and have lunch

  • 1:50 p.m. — Depart by bus

  • 4:10–4:45 p.m. — Shopping

  • 5:10 p.m. — Arrive at the Full Gospel Church in Vietnam

  • 5:10–8:15 p.m. — Church program and dinner

  • 8:15–9:25 p.m. — City tour by bus

  • 9:30–10:55 p.m. — Foot massage

  • 11:20 p.m. — Arrive at the airport

Saturday, September 8, 2007

  • 12:20 a.m. — Complete departure procedures and wait for boarding

  • 1:30 a.m. — Depart for Korea

  • 8:20 a.m. — Arrive at Incheon International Airport

  • 9:15 a.m. — Collect luggage and exit the arrival area
