The 69th Medical Mission: Sri Lanka

From February 7 to 12, 2015, the JC BITSOMANG EYE CLINIC Medical Mission Team, including Dr. Gyung Bai Choi, nurses, optometrists, and other staff members, traveled to Sri Lanka and successfully completed its overseas medical mission.

During the mission in Kandy, Sri Lanka, the team performed cataract surgeries for local patients.

Thanks to the team’s thorough preparation and prayers, all scheduled procedures were completed safely.

The JC BITSOMANG EYE CLINIC Medical Mission Team will continue reaching out to people with limited access to medical care, helping them regain clearer vision and experience a brighter world once again.

The medical mission and a photograph of Dr. Gyung Bai Choi were also featured in a Sri Lankan newspaper.
